We press olive oil from the variety which we believe offers the best characteristics, the ARBEQUINA olive.
We have an olive plantation of 60 hectares, with a density of 1,600 olive trees per hectare and a yield of approximately 300,000 kilos of olives.
The selection of the olives is so strict that we only obtain 50,000 litres of oil.
The oil is obtained by cold-pressing the olives, producing a juice from the olive which does not exceed an acidity of 0.5 degrees, making it ideal for any kind of use, whether for salads or frying |
